Founded in the Pacific Northwest, Transform was born of a conviction that by making fundamental improvements in the residential design and construction process we can-and should-create quality, more affordable homes.

Transform is a multi million dollar company, that has invested in new technology that allows us to robotically build homes in our facility and deliver to the builders site for placing on the prepared foundations.  Do not confuse us with modular homes, however, the homes are built in modules, as per the builders specs, plumbed and wired, partially or fully finished (including windows), certified and inspected for National and Local building codes, all ready to be put together.

We pair quality design with automated, off-site construction to deliver the most affordable, appealing, planet-friendly homes available in North America. Yes, this means System-built. We think it just makes sense to take the construction process off-site and bring it inside where we can control climate, quality, cost and timing to a degree not possible in today's traditional building practice.
